Chemicals (septiplier) part 1

"Hello everybody, my name is-"
"Jacksepticeye!" Jack interrupted for the third time, pushing his face in front of Mark's camera.
"Jack!" Mark exclaimed, pushing the Irish boy out of the way of the camera. "Go sit in a corner or something!" Mark ordered and Jack pouted, walking over to a corner and sitting facing it.
"I'll just edit that out..." Mark muttered, before trying his intro again. "Hello everybody, my name is-"
"Meanie pants!" Jack yelled from his corner.
Mark stopped the camera and turned to glare at Jack. "Why you ruining my intro so many times?" He asked, helping Jack up off the floor.
Jack shrugged. "Bored."
Mark sighed. Jack had been like this all day, interrupting Mark's recording and work constantly. At first it had been funny, but now it was starting to drive him crazy. "How about doing a video with you in it?" Mark suggested, hoping this would make Jack happy.
"Maybe...I don't want people thinking I'm just trying to get more popular through you though." Jack deliberated but Mark shrugged it off.
"They know you're not like that. Besides, it's a video I wanted to do with you anyway though I was planning to save it for a bit. Might as well do it though."
Jack couldn't help but wonder what the video was about and so because he couldn't handle with not knowing, agreed to doing the video. "What are we doing?" Jack asked, hoping Mark would tell him.
The red haired boy smiled. "Be patient, Jack."
Jack found this frustrating but decided not to aggravate Mark anymore than he already had done that day. "Where are we doing it?" Jack asked, seeing Mark get out a video camera he usually only used when he filmed random videos outside.
"You'll see." Mark winked. "Here, take this. Let's go." He gave Jack the camera and then they left Mark's place, driving for a while before finally stopping.
"Um, Mark? You sure this is the place?"
Mark nodded, grinning. "Sure I'm sure. Follow me." Jack did as he was told, getting out of the car and following Mark to an electric gate of the huge fence surrounded the strange cluster of buildings.
Mark pressed a buzzer then said his name and Jack's name and that they were there to film the video. A loud creaking noise sounded and the gate opened, allowing Jack and Mark to walk in. Almost immediately, the gate closed behind them.
Jack looked around, both nervous and confused, trying to keep up with Mark at the same time. "What is this place?" He wondered out loud, looking around at all the modern, sci-fi looking buildings.
"It's-actually, I don't exactly know. Some kind of chemical lab." Mark announced, glancing at Jack who looked at him in surprise.
"A chemical lab?" Mark nodded with a grin, refusing to tell Jack anything more.
The two boys walked into a large, circular building, which turned out to ring a central garden area.
"Jack and Mark?" Asked a voice from behind them, making them jump. They both turned around to see that the voice belonged to a man in about his mid thirties, with jet black hair looking out of place next to his pale complexion and white attire. "You can call me Tom, by the way, that's what everyone calls me."
Mark raised an eyebrow. "I could swear your name is John."
Tom laughed, a loud but pleasant sound. "Dr John Thomasson, but nobody calls me that. Now, if you'd like to follow me and we can get started."
Mark nodded and the three of them started walking, with Tom explaining some of the stuff that they do at the lab on the way.
However, all that Jack could think about is what they would be doing there. Neither he nor Mark had any idea about science, especially not chemistry, so were they just going to watch something?
Jack had no idea, but was up for anything as long as he was with Mark.
